Refund policy
Due to the nature of Talent Me products, and as many orders are prepared or tailored according to the customer’s specific requirements, all sales are considered final. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been completed and delivered.
However, if there is an error or defect caused by Talent Me, we will collect the product and carry out the necessary alterations at no additional cost.
To be eligible for this service, the following conditions must be met:
* You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
* Clear photos showing the issue or error must be provided.
* The product must be in its original condition and must not have been used.
After 3 days from the delivery date, the order will be considered accepted in its final condition, and no further alterations, adjustments, or claims will be accepted.
This policy does not cover cases resulting from:
* Selecting an incorrect size.
* Providing incorrect measurements or order details.
* Damage, misuse, or wear occurring after delivery.
